Noreen opened our 3-day virtual event, WPower Irish Seminar Week in March by delivering a workshop on behalf of WestBIC, the partner in the European Interreg NPA W-Power project supporting female entrepreneurs. Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM)

We required an experienced PR consultant to support our in house communications office to deliver PR training and an extensive regional PR campaign for the EU funded Fisheries Local Action Group (FLAG) programme in summer 2017. The campaign consisted of 7 launch events in coastal fishing communities from Donegal to Dublin in five weeks. Noreen Darcy’s experience of media in each region particularly Irish language media was a distinct advantage and resulted in significant media coverage for the project. It was a demanding campaign with tight timeframes and a number of stakeholders involved. Despite this, Noreen got to grips with our brief very quickly, working well with all involved from BIM’s teams to Department officials to local politicians and FLAG community Boards. Noreen and her team gave 100% to the project from start to finish and I would recommend the agency for their experience in communications and training in particular​.
